Around the historic town of East Stonehouse (now apart of Plymouth) there are scattered around a number of small plaques attached to buildings giving the hostory of the area. Each one has a small number at the bottom. I’m not able to find (and I’venot looked too hard, to be honest) when these were placed or why so I just refer to them as the Stonehouse Heritage Trail. They are not mentioned on the Visit Plymouth Trails and Walks page. I’m assuming there are at least 8 and I post them here when I stumble across them.
